Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for DR Nathan to arrive. I called the front desk who chased on my behalf. Eventually we connected on video to find out that he did not have my medical notes. On hold for another 10 minutes. Told i will be called back in 30 minutes. No phone call. No email. I still dont know my results which in the 1st meeting were communicated as being worse case cancer. I have had to chase up the appointment.

Both the times I hve visited, I have had to wait at least 45 mins for my appointment. And both the times I asked for a later appointment time and wasnt given one coz the doc was booked. and then both the times I waited 40-45 mins before the doc saw me.
